What inventors like Nikola Tesla have made generators that were repressed?

Nikola Tesla and other inventors have made efficiant generators that would and could help abolish use of fossil fuels to power the world. Can anyone tell me of other inventors and their Generators who the government and/or other companies have surpressed from becoming an asset to the economy and enviroment?

You have to understand that while Tesla was a genius, he was also a loon. He claimed to be from Venus.

Modern Quantum Electro Dynamics is about as perfectly tested as a theory can get; it has been found accurate to one part in 10 to the 15th, and that was 30 years ago, and that was as close as they can measure.

I simply cannot believe his claims over the proven success of QED. Anyway, there are so many places that could investigate, if there were something to his claims, someone would be exploiting that; you think North Korea wouldn’t love to have free energy and be trying to make a Death Ray ?

well you know how name Generators are comical and seem harmless. well i thought that it would be fine to use it if its just your name.today, after a long time since the first time i used it, i decided to use it to Create a fake name for social networks and writing and now i thought can they actually steal identity with your just your name?

No, not unless you’re the only person in the world with that name. How would they know it was you as opposed to someone else with the same name?

An engine that is stone cold has different fuel needs. It is easier to start one in the fuel/air mix is changed so that there is a lot more fuel int he air (called a ‘rich’ mix) but once the engine gets going, this rich mix causes all sorts of problems such as backfiring, soot buildup and just wasting fuel. You’ll notice that a lot less power is produced when the choke is engaged ("out"). So once operating temperature is reached, the less-rich or ‘leaner’ fuel ration is restored by opening the choke valve.

In most old style carburettors, the choke is a simple butterfly valve (with cutouts) that holds back (‘chokes’) the normal flow of air. (it still lets through enough to pull the fuel up through the jet) There are simpler types (http://static.howstuffworks.com/mpeg/chainsaw0.mpg ) and more complex ways such as altering the main jet level. With direct injection, it is a simple matter of adjusting the fuel flow rather than the air flow.

I’ve searched everywhere for key generators for Avast 5 IS and Norton 360 v4, but it’s nowhere to be found. Not even on phazeddl or torrent websites. What are those groups doing behind the scene not releasing such important KG for the softwares. Is it impossible to make key Generators for softwares life Avast 5 IS or Norton 360 V4?

Yes, there are actual barcode Generators! Are these things safe to use and sell with to a place like Walmart, for example?

I would not advise making up your own barcode to use for Walmart.

First you should be certain that your album is going to be accepted into Walmart or any other major retailer. Until that point, I wouldn’t worry about a barcode because they are expensive. Registering for your own barcode(s) start at around 750 then you have to pay annual fees and until you are ready, willing and able to spend that I would hold off.

Have you already submitted your items to retailers and been given the green light to proceed? When you have, then visit GS1 US (GS1 US is the only authorized source in the U.S. to get authentic U.P.C. barcodes) . You will fill out an application, they will ask questions like annual sales, what type of business and product type, how much products you expect to have…so on, then they take your money, give you a prefix, and set you up. From there you will be able to get your own barcode for each product you make by inputting info about the item, GS1 will generate a code for you using your prefix. Each time you make a new product, you will go there to get a new code. I think the fee allows for about 100 barcodes, but I believe they have different price levels.

You posted another question about whether each individual album will need its own number….You will make one barcode for each product. Example…You make an album called "My Music", every copy of the CD "My Music" will have the same barcode because it is the same product. BUT, if you made two different media types…CD and Vinyl of the same album "My Music", you would need two different barcodes because it is technically 2 different products.

Now, there are tons of companies that say they can help you with your barcode needs. What they really only do is give you software that generates the image and helps you print it on a label to slap onto your item. These companies CANNOT assign a number to you. You have to already have a number to input. So beware of all software sales until and unless you need it. You can also check out the GS1 USA website @ http://www.gs1us.org/ – also you can look them up on wikipedia for some info.

Wish to know the building blocks of AC and DC Generators. How 230 V line voltage is converted into 28 volts DC and 115 V / 400 Hz three phase AC voltage generator ?

230 VAC to 28 VDC ?
You need a transformer to convert 230 to somewhere about 28 VAC, then rectifiers, filters and a regulator to convert the AC voltage to 28 VDC.

The exact value of the AC secondary of the transformer depends on many factors, such as degree of regulation needed, ripple requirements, etc.

An alternate method used in small lightweight supplies is as follows:
Use a bridge rectifier and capacitor to convert the 230 VAC to about 320 VDC. That is fed into a DC-DC converter which first converts the 320 VDC to a square wave at 20-30 kHz, which goes to a small transformer to convert it to about 25 VAC at 20 kHz. Then fast regulators and a capacitor convert it back to DC.

All of these descriptions are very simplified.

The second part of your question about 115 V / 400 Hz three phase AC, I don’t understand. Do you want to convert the 230 VAC 50Hz to 115 VAC 400 Hz 3 phase? Probably a motor-generator set is the best way to do this.

I had a few as a kid, and now i cant find them. Im looking for small like d battery size generators with low torque. the kind you could say.. hook up behind a toy pinwheel and the air would spin the wheel creating a small charge, also looking for small electric motors the same size, if anyone knows a web site please help. trying to save the world, lol. not really, just got an idea. and no its not the pinwheel idea but it helps define what im looking for. thanks a bunch.

Small permant magnet motors can be used as Generators. They will need a little extra wind to start turning because of the magnets. Try a large radio shack or an online surplus supply store.

I’m writing a fantasy novel and have decided that I am going to split up the world in to 4 countries. 2 are ruled by humans and the other 2 will be ruled by other races. I will able to create new races, but the thing is, I am rubbish with coming up with names.
